Restaurant Manager - Harrogate

Position: Full Time

Compensation: Competitive rate of pay plus monthly service charge, typically £2,400 annually

Hours: 45 hours

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hands-on, operational role throughout all serving periods, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  2. Engaging with guests and team members to meet and exceed their needs.
  3. Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of 50+ staff, ensuring high engagement, people development, retention, and robust training plans.
  4. Managing costs and revenue across all restaurant areas without compromising brand or quality standards.
  5. Identifying areas for improvement and motivating the team to enhance the brand experience.
  6. Understanding the restaurant and hotel market to maintain and increase the restaurant's competitive advantage through strategic and operational planning.
  7. Attracting and selecting talent in line with company procedures and culture.
  8. Ensuring cleanliness of the department.
  9. Responding efficiently to customer complaints.
  10. Implementing policies and protocols for future restaurant operations.
  11. Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
