Restaurant Manager – Central London £39,000- £42,000

Fast-track to Assistant General Manager, 16 months development plan, plus many Head office Bonus and extras attached.

My client is a fantastic restaurant group with sites across London that deliver great fresh food in a stunning location! They have a number of new openings lined up for 2025/2026 across London, and they are keen to recruit exceptional Restaurant Managers to help them in their ongoing success and to take over as future General Managers.

The Restaurant Manager role:
  • The Restaurant Manager works alongside a General Manager and is fully accountable for this business. You will be training to learn the ropes of becoming a future General Manager with them in the near future. The customer’s experience is paramount, so the whole management team is dedicated to ensuring it is memorable and encourages repeat visits.
The ideal Restaurant Manager:
  • Will be outgoing and welcoming to guests.
  • Should have experience in a similar role – Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager in a high-standard restaurant with a strong food ethic.
  • Branded restaurant experience is not essential, but knowledge of financial systems and procedures such as stock controls and cash reconciliation is required.
