Restaurant Manager - Birmingham

Position: Senior Assistant Manager / Restaurant Floor Manager

We have Dishoom cafes across London, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Birmingham, along with Permit Rooms in Brighton, Cambridge, and Oxford, and a Bar-Cafe in Portobello. Additionally, our kitchens across London ensure our guests can enjoy our food at home.

Job Details:

  • Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly
  • Full-time, 5 days a week, with varied daytime and evening shifts

  • Casual dress code – smart casual and trainers acceptable

About the Role:

Our Birmingham cafe celebrates India's history and the non-cooperation movement of the 1920s. As a key leader, you will manage high-volume service, oversee large teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards and hospitality excellence. You will work alongside a supportive team of managers and staff, managing busy shifts and maintaining service quality.
