Restaurant Manager - Birmingham

Position: Senior Assistant Manager / Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Details:

• Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per year inclusive of tronc, paid monthly
• Full-time, 5 days a week, with varied daytime and evening shifts

As a key leader, you will manage high-volume service, oversee large teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through high standards and hospitality excellence. You will work alongside a supportive team of managers and staff, managing busy shifts and maintaining service quality.
