Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily management, administration, and operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead all pre-opening activities, including sourcing, recruiting, and executing a successful opening plan.
  • Develop and implement service standards, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
  • Analyse operations, costs, and revenue to optimize business performance.
  • Conduct team meetings, resolve conflicts, and address guest concerns promptly.
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and take corrective measures to achieve financial goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of senior role experience in hospitality, including fine dining and pre-opening.
  • Expertise in Italian cuisine.
  • Experience with SOPs, health and safety, and staff training.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
