About The Role

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Department: Food and Beverage

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Primary Job Purpose: To oversee the service delivery of all restaurant events, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supervise restaurant planning and overall service delivery
  • Maintain service standards by the team at all times
  • Ensure quality standards for products are met and presented correctly
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain a strong team across all food and beverage areas
  • Champion a training culture to maintain knowledge and nurture talent
  • Induct new staff into the team, culture, and values
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Reservations team for exceptional service
  • Supervise operational staff to ensure high-quality event delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure readiness for guests
  • Manage client expectations and resolve queries promptly
  • Contribute to team development
