The Pig Hotels, an innovative restaurant with a passion for local produce, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a diverse team. This role involves creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service. Candidates should possess previous restaurant management experience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills. Attractive perks include staff stays, discounts, and comprehensive health services.
Location: THE PIG, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum, OTE including tronc £44,160.00 per annum. Including bonuses.
Hours: 45 hours per week, over 5 days.
The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!
As a Restaurant Manager at The PIG you must have the ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed yet professional style of service that’s guaranteed to ensure our guests can sit back and enjoy their time with us.
Our Restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to our guests. The ideal Restaurant Manager at THE PIG will show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.
Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager is desired, along with excellent people skills.
