Proactive Personnel are thrilled to be working with an extremely well known and reputable restaurant chain to recruit for a Restaurant Manager to join one of their latest sites and head up an experienced team during an exciting time of growth.

They have fantastic plans for this site and predict a very busy summer ahead. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager with strong knowledge within both food and wet sales to join a forward-thinking organisation who prioritise their staff’s wellbeing and offer second-to-none support.

1. Competitive starting salary of £36k-£39k basic DOE (to reach the higher range you must have strong management experience within both food and wet sales and within a similar level of establishment).

Restaurant Manager Duties –

1. Driving sales (both food and wet).
2. Overseeing and managing daily operations.
3. Managing, motivating and developing your team to achieve an impeccable customer experience.
4. Always prioritising and maintaining the highest of standards across the board.

Restaurant Manager Experience –

1. Proven Restaurant Management experience within a high quality environment.
2. Fantastic knowledge of food and especially wet sales to drive profit.
3. Brilliant leadership skills with the ability to drive an experienced team.
