What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take full operational ownership of the hotel’s restaurants and bars, making sure guests enjoy first-class experiences while hitting business targets. Key responsibilities include:

* Overseeing the day-to-day running of bars and dining operations
* Leading, training, and developing the team with a hands-on approach
* Managing staffing rotas and maintaining budgetary control
* Handling stock control and supplier ordering
* Being the face of the hospitality operation – ensuring every guest leaves impressed
* Supporting and delivering hotel events, weddings and conferences
