What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running the day-to-day restaurant service like a well-oiled machine
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating your FOH team to shine
  • Keeping standards sky-high, from warm welcomes to wine pairings
  • Collaborating with the F&B Manager on budgets, planning, and guest experience
  • Driving revenue through smart upselling, creative promotions, and guest loyalty
  • Taking ownership of guest feedback and using it to fuel continuous improvement
  • Supporting with rotas, training plans, and team development

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Solid experience managing a premium or luxury restaurant
  • Deep knowledge of food, drinks, and all things hospitality
