What’s involved?

As the Restaurant Manager, you will assist the other members of the team to ensure the smooth running of the service and in accordance with the service standards, whilst also:

• Adhering to food hygiene standards at all times.
• Being hands-on, working the till, stock take, making coffees, and also supporting the other members of the team.
• Communicating effectively with all members of the team to ensure an efficient working environment.
