OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
• Great knowledge of food and beverage in a high-end environment
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• A genuine love of the food and beverage service industry
• Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to read a P&L report

• Be responsible for helping to maintain a guest-focused culture, which supports the values expressed on the Resort’s Mission Statement and the Resort’s business goals
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the outlet
• Conduct employee orientation, on the job performance coaching and counselling
• Maintain complete knowledge of, and ensures strict adherence to, all legislation relating to the sale of alcohol
• Ensure all grooming standards are met
