What you'll be doing:

You'll take full operational ownership of the hotel's restaurants and bars, making sure guests enjoy first-class experiences while hitting business targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of bars and dining operations
  • Leading, training, and developing the team with a hands-on approach
  • Managing staffing rotas and maintaining budgetary control
  • Handling stock control and supplier ordering
  • Being the face of the hospitality operation - ensuring every guest leaves impressed
  • Supporting and delivering hotel events, weddings and conferences

What we're looking for:

We're searching for a confident and driven Restaurant Manager with:

  • Experience working in country house hotels or similar high-end hotel environments
  • A background in managing high-volume restaurants and bars, ideally with exposure to fine dining standards
  • Strong operational leadership and the ability to lead from the front
  • Proven success in overseeing service for hotel-based events and functions
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with an eye for detail
  • The ability to develop, train and motivate hospitality teams to consistently exceed expectations
