Restaurant Manager - Designate Role - Maidstone - Beefeater

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

It takes a great team to deliver a best-in-class restaurant experience, so you’ll:

  1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new team members.
  2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
  3. Drive high performance through regular one-on-one meetings and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
  4. Have an eye for detail, maintain high standards, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  5. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.

We want you to be your best, and we will equip you with tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively. It’s up to you to demonstrate your ability to drive sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
