Restaurant Manager - Maidstone Bench - Beefeater

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

To achieve this, you will:

  1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new team members.
  2. Demonstrate leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team via pre-shift briefs.
  3. Drive high performance through regular one-on-one coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
  4. Maintain high standards with attention to detail, thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  5. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.

We will equip you with the tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively. Your role includes driving sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
