This is no ordinary opportunity. As part of the pre-opening team, as a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the hotel's pre-opening and opening phases. Adeline, our all-day brasserie, will be at the heart of this exciting venture, offering dishes inspired by Northern European flavours in a stylish, welcoming space. As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing this vision to life.

About You and The Role

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who:

1. Excels in pre-opening challenges, bringing creativity, energy, and leadership to establish Adeline as a go-to dining destination.
2. Has 2 years experience in a similar leadership role within high-quality, fast-paced restaurant environments.
3. Thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a hands-on approach to service and a meticulous eye for detail.
4. Inspires and leads a team, fostering a culture of positivity, growth, and accountability.
5. Manages day-to-day restaurant operations, including training, rotas, stock control, and service standards.
6. Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations, budgetary targets, and sustainability goals.
7. Collaborates with the kitchen, bar, and hotel teams to deliver seamless operations and unforgettable experiences.

The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy Brasserie Adeline, an all-day brasserie serving dishes inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering a range of cocktails and local craft beers. The hotel also features an entire floor dedicated to Wellness.
