About the Restaurant:

Modern Mediterranean sharing concept with bold, vibrant flavours

Focused on seasonal, high-quality produce from top suppliers

Open kitchen, open fire cooking, whole butchery on site, and stone oven

Casual fine dining with exceptional food and guest experience

Up to 300 covers per service, including a buzzing outdoor terrace

What’s on Offer:

Salary £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Discretionary performance-based bonuses

Part of a respected and growing restaurant group with future openings

2 double shifts, 3 singles, 2 days off

Late finishes (up to 1:00am)
