INKO NITO is a vibrant, unconventional Japanese restaurant in Soho, London. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our fast-paced, high-energy team where fun meets the buzz of Japanese street market dining.

The ideal candidate leads with personality, inspires a young team, and brings a keen eye for detail in a busy setting. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant manager in a dynamic setting.
• Proven ability to lead a young, energetic team.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional experience.
• Monitor guest feedback and maintain revenue and cost controls.

About the Role..

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where fun meets the buzz and lively atmosphere of Japanese street market dining. Our Restaurant Managers are enthusiastic and passionate and have bags of personality that matches the vibrant INKO environment.

Our ideal Restaurant Manager demonstrates:.

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, in a highly dynamic restaurant.
• A track record of leading and inspiring a young vibrant team.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine/service (preferred but not essential).
• A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
