The position is being offered by the prestigious Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in Glasgow serving people since 1982. This has been achieved by using only the best local produce, fresh herbs, and carefully selected whole spices. Their aim has always been to provide traditional dishes by preserving the classic Indian recipes and enhance the offering with some signature dishes to reflect the changing food trends in modern India. It is one of Glasgow's leading Indian restaurants and a destination of choice for Indian food lovers.

  • Position: Restaurant Manager
  • Employer: Fine Dining Indian Restaurant
  • Location: Glasgow
  • Gross OTE Salary package: circa £32,000 (+ share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
  • Weekly working hours / days: 48 hours / 5 days

Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service, and other practical tasks commensurate with the position. The main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and deliver a polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Strong leadership, excellent multitasking, and organisational skills
  • Sound financial + business acumen
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

  • A creative, energetic, and passionate hospitality professional
  • A hardworking, fastidious, and conscientious individual
  • Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms

  • FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK AT SPEED AND UNDER PRESSURE
