Job description
We are currently looking to recruit a food and beverage outlet manager to oversee an award-winning restaurant, based within a luxury country house hotel.
The food and beverage outlet manager will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day running of the outlet, reporting directly to the F&B Manager.
This is a busy 1 AA rosette restaurant operation and will require a well-organised and quality-driven manager to successfully oversee the outlet. The position will be responsible for a dedicated team including an assistant manager and two supervisors.
We are looking for a restaurant professional who has been exposed to managing ideally a high-volume quality restaurant, and who enjoys a front-facing role.
This hotel is part of a successful and well-established luxury hotel group. The opportunities to develop your career within the group are very good.
