Job Details

Salary: 40,000 annually / 42.5 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time.

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting

Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Train staff
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Leading/instructing individuals
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Supervision

Supervise 3-4 people or 5-10 people.
