Job description

Some of the important duties and responsibilities that will be required:

  1. Organising staff shifts and scheduling
  2. Providing excellent customer service
  3. Leading by example
  4. Working with food and drink suppliers and our head Chef
  5. Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations
  6. Following all company policies and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment, and property
  7. Cleaning the kitchen according to regulatory guidelines
  8. Maintaining safe working conditions
  9. Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
  10. Recruiting and training staff
  11. Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives
  12. Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
