We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Albert's Schloss. This role involves managing the smooth operation of our Cook Haus Restaurant, leading the floor team, and focusing on enhancing our guests' experience.

You will undergo comprehensive training across all areas before specializing in restaurant management. This position is ideal for someone with prior restaurant management experience looking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume venue in Birmingham.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £35-38,000 per year + up to 32% bonus paid quarterly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in restaurant management, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Ability to build an energized and engaged team
• A genuine desire to develop professionally from within
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Experience working in busy, fast-paced settings
• Financial skills (training provided for the right candidate)

While experience is preferred, passion is the most important quality!
