About the Role:

As Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, managing a team of staff, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities, match days, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Oversee daily operations including reception, bar, café, and event spaces
  • Coordinate staffing, rotas, and training to maintain high standards
  • Work closely with the events and sports teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or hospitality management role
