Role Details:
2 rosette award winning Hackney foodie operation busy with local neighborhood for dining and events on the Hackney waterside - seasonal and sustainable menus and homegrown produce grown in the gardens.
Open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Proven track record within a comparable business at Restaurant Manager/Assistant manager level looking for a step up.
- Approachable management style with ability to deliver consistency and delegate effectively.
- Dynamic foodie responsible for leading a small team in a supportive and nurturing environment.
- Hands-on smooth running of service, friendly customer facing.
- Excellent customer service and food and wine knowledge.
- Passion for the food and drink industry with service-oriented, hands-on work ethic.
- Genuine intention to offer long-term commitment and excellent employment references.
