The Role

We are building a Restaurant Launch Team to engage with all our new restaurant partners we bring onto the Deliveroo platform, focusing on EU small and medium businesses (SMB). We centralise all restaurant launch and sales development activities to support our European markets, ensuring a consistent approach across all restaurant partners from these teams.

As a Restaurant Launch Assistant, you'll support new restaurants as they onboard with Deliveroo, ensuring they understand the process, answering questions, and providing high-level service as needed.

You will work to tight deadlines, using your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to handle requests from restaurants nationwide. You will report to your Restaurant Launch Team Lead.

The base salary is £26,600, plus a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.

What you will do

• Assist new restaurant partners in setting up and preparing to accept orders.
• Collaborate with the launch team, sales team, and account managers, representing Deliveroo to our newest partners.
• Achieve challenging KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain daily call plans.

What you'll need to be successful

• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Native or fluent in Italian and English.
• Confidence in making regular calls.
• IT literate, with the ability to keep our systems updated.
