Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to the Catering Team, working closely with the Catering Manager to help the department succeed.

Hiring rate: £12.90 per hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with customers and staff.
• Perform duties as requested by management.
• Assist in preparing salads, vegetables, sandwiches, and other food items.
• Cook and bake hot food, sweets, pastries, etc., as required.
• Follow recipes and record wastage according to company guidelines.
• Store all food according to standards.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Undertake cleaning of kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Work as part of the team and undertake other reasonable duties.
