Crieff Hydro welcomes up to 1000 customers daily - some looking for a leisurely coffee or family meal, whilst others are here to celebrate a special occasion or entertain clients. As a result, our cafes, bars, restaurants and banqueting department must offer fantastic food and an outstanding service.

We’re searching for enthusiastic and welcoming Hosts to be the face of our brand-new restaurant, opening at Crieff Hydro in Spring 2025. This multi-million-pound transformation will introduce a fresh, day-to-night dining concept featuring stylish spaces, a speakeasy bar, and menus showcasing the best of Scotland’s produce.

About the role
As a Host, you’ll set the tone for our guests’ experience from the moment they walk through the door. Whether greeting and seating guests, managing bookings, or assisting with queries, your warm and professional approach will ensure every visit is memorable.

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll embrace the art of storytelling, bringing the journey behind our food, drinks, and venue to life for our guests. By showcasing the best of what we have to offer, you’ll create an unforgettable atmosphere that guests will want to return to again and again.

You’ll work closely with the Food and Beverage team to create a seamless dining experience, whether for a casual brunch, a celebratory dinner, or a night at the bar.

Interviews for this position will take place week commencing 16th of June.
