Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant with ownership of performance, culture and standards to deliver brilliant guest experiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, coaching and delegating to create ownership at all levels.
• Attract and develop great people, recruiting diverse talent and creating clear progression pathways for long-term growth.
• Maintain smooth operations by planning labour and stock and removing barriers to performance.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service and empower the team to resolve customer concerns confidently.
• Guide the restaurant through change, working with the Area Coach to plan ahead and drive long-term business success.
