What you’ll do:

• Lead a diverse team.
• Manage all personnel and operations of your Wendy's restaurant.
• Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and overall experience.
• Train and develop managers and crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve employee concerns promptly and effectively.
• Drive sales growth and improve profitability.

What you bring:

• Leadership experience, preferably in food service
• At least 3 years of line operations experience with leadership responsibilities
• At least 4 years of management experience
• Flexibility to work 45-hour weeks across all days and shifts

Additional requirements:

• Ability to travel to other locations as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift 25-50 kg
