The owner-operator oversees five locations in London. Due to the business's growth, they are looking to appoint a proactive luxury restaurant General Manager who can lead by example and prefers active involvement on the floor. The owner is a confident, hands-on individual, and establishing a strong working relationship with them as the business expands is key. This role is within a high-end casual dining restaurant setting, and candidates must be based in London with experience managing high-volume venues of at least 80k weekly.

General Manager Role

• Lead the development of the entire restaurant across multiple areas.
• Ensure objectives, programs, and plans align with the company's development strategy and budget.
• Deliver positive results and achieve targets in line with budgets.
• Manage multi-function P&L within a corporate environment across multiple regions and markets.

The Right Person

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience within a premium dining concept.
• Proven track record as a food expert with successful restaurant development in luxury dining.
• Strong strategic and operational capabilities.
• Experience and knowledge of working in London are essential for success.
