Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader to own and drive performance. You will lead from the front, train and coach a team to exceed standards, and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage rosters, stock, and reporting, keeping the business compliant and efficient, and you will turn first-time guests into regulars with outstanding service and atmosphere.

What will you spend your time doing?

• Smash the targets. Own your KPIs and push the team to deliver every shift, every day.
• Keep it tight. Stay on top of the admin - rosters, stock, reporting - so everything runs smooth behind the scenes.
• Make the guest experience unforgettable. Turn first-timers into regulars by creating moments that hit different.
