We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager for May Fair Kitchen, located within the 5-star May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection.

Overview:

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations.

You will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals, ensuring that concept expectations are met.

You will direct the restaurant and bar team to ensure customer and host satisfaction in a motivated, cohesive environment.

Ensure guest expectations are exceeded by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels, and implement strategies for improvement.

About You:

  • Current in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a four- or five-star hotel operation.
  • Outstanding leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Ability to manage and achieve budgetary goals through analysis of data, forecasts, and revenues.
  • Strong personal ownership of tasks to ensure completion and results.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding departmental targets.
