Job summary

Taco Bell Kirkby is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team in delivering the Live Mas experience and exceptional guest service. You will be accountable for P&L performance, staff development, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service in a fast-paced setting.

• Lead and coach the restaurant management team and crew to deliver Live Mas experiences.
• Own and monitor the restaurant's P&L, drive sales growth, and profitability.
• Set the tone through leadership by example and maintaining a culture of recognition and engagement.
• Drive safe, legal, and compliant daily operations across all areas.
• Build memorable customer experiences that reflect the Live Mas brand values.
