Job summary

Taco Bell Sheffield is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive sales with strong operational focus.

This full-time, permanent role offers a 45-hour week, a salary of £32,500 per year, and a clear path to Restaurant General Manager. Comprehensive training and a pension scheme are provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strong team performance and operational focus.

What We're Looking For
