A day in the life of…

As Azotea's Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations. This includes recruiting, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the restaurant's offerings. The role requires personality, exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
