Job summary

Green & Fortune is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Clerks House at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November in Smithfield. You will lead service, nurture relationships with guests and drive a warm, knowledgeable dining experience.

Take the floor on shift, coordinate front of house colleagues, and collaborate with kitchen and bar to deliver seamless hospitality from opening through close.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior floor role within a busy, quality-led restaurant.
• Confidence leading a team on shift and coaching colleagues.
• Strong knowledge of food and drink and ability to explain menus.
• Hands-on, calm and organised approach to manage guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on the floor, keeping service running smoothly from opening through to close.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, pace and quality.
• Lead by example, coaching and developing the team during service.
• Be visible on the floor, anticipating guests’ needs and bringing menus to life.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host and wider teams to ensure seamless service.
