A well-known hotel chain located in Sandiacre is seeking a Kitchen Staff member to prepare and cook dishes for buffets. The role involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely food service. Flexibility in shifts is necessary, and some weekend work may be required. The role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week, 4 or 5 days out of 7, which will include some weekend work. The role will be made up of a range of shifts and so will suit someone with flexibility. Shifts will include 7.15-14.00 or 17.00-20.15, and may on some days be a split shift including both of these options. There may be occasions where overtime is available.
