Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a QSR Cleaner in Reading to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining, kitchen and restrooms. You will follow established sanitation procedures and contribute to a safe, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced team. Flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays are required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise dining areas, tables, chairs and floors to maintain a neat, inviting atmosphere.
• Keep kitchen work surfaces, equipment and floors clean to meet food safety standards.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms including toilets, sinks and fixtures.
• Empty bins and dispose of rubbish following recycling and waste procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and inform management when replenishment is needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
