Job Introduction

Vacherin are committed to delivering deliciously different experiences, having fun, and conducting business with a social and environmental conscience. We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager to work at CBRE (Henrietta House).

Location: CBRE
Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum + 1.5 overtime
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - 7am to 4pm/5pm

Key responsibilities

  1. Overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
  2. Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings.
  4. Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing customer concerns.
  5. Taking a hands-on approach during peak breakfast and lunch service hours.
  6. Upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
  7. Conducting regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Providing input on promotions, events, and strategies to enhance visibility.

Previous experience working within Corporate Catering is essential.
