Restaurant & Cafe Manager

Location: CBRE
Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum + 1.5 overtime
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week - 7am to 4pm/5pm

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings.
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing customer concerns.
• Taking a hands-on approach during peak breakfast and lunch service hours.
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Conducting regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Providing input on promotions, events, and strategies to enhance visibility.

Previous experience working within Corporate Catering is essential.
