Job description

We are excited to be recruiting for a Café Manager to work with us at a visitor attraction site in London.

This position involves working a 5 over 7 shift pattern which will be daytime for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the training and ongoing development of 18 staff members to ensure they consistently deliver a high standard of service
  • Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, stock management, ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety regulations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints, enhancing the visitor experience, and maintaining the cafe’s ambiance
  • Manage the cafe’s budget, monitor sales, control costs, and track financial performance to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure all staff adhere to food safety, hygiene, and security protocols, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and visitors

Previous experience within Contract Catering is desirable
