The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel with over 300 luxurious bedrooms, several restaurants and bars, event spaces, a leisure club, and spa facilities. The Ryder Grill

The Ryder Grill & Kitchen is a 320-seat restaurant offering a variety of menu options, including a 2 Rosette À la Carte, chef's table, and Sunday Carvery. The restaurant features a theatre kitchen where steaks are prepared in view of guests. Our menus are seasonal, and staff will learn about menu development, costing, and service. During busy evenings, the team may serve up to 300 covers.

The role offers an hourly rate of £12.21, with an estimated gratuity of £0.89 per hour, totaling an approximate earning potential of £13.10 per hour.

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience working behind a busy bar or in a restaurant. No experience is necessary to start, as training will be provided. If experienced, your skills will be further developed in a supportive environment.
