As the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel dining areas and bars, providing high-quality food and beverage experiences to all our guests.
• Monitor and review monthly sales performance and service standards.
• Lead, train, and support the waiting team.
