The position of Restaurant & Bar Manager at a 20+ bedroom Boutique Hotel & Spa in Worcestershire offers a salary of circa £37-40,000 per annum, along with a bonus scheme based on achieving objectives, generous discounts for staff and their families, free meals during shifts, employee recognition awards, a Perkz Discount Scheme, and subsidized staff accommodation if needed
