Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
  2. Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support
  3. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  4. Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
  5. Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
  6. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  7. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures
  8. Assist management as needed with annual quality audits
