Job summary

Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Food Service Manager for Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes. This full-time role leads the Restaurant & Bar operation, delivering exceptional service, building a high-performing team and ensuring safety, cost control and guest satisfaction.

You will also take on Duty Management responsibilities across the property, shaping guest experiences and driving revenue through upselling while maintaining the venue's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a food and beverage, restaurant or bar operation.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Good commercial awareness including revenue, stock, wastage and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
