Job summary

Burger King Nottingham is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead shifts, drive sales, and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to optimise costs, performance and team development, while building a positive, inclusive culture that keeps guests coming back.

Experience in fast-paced hospitality, a hands-on leadership style, and a can-do attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.
