Job summary

Burger King in Worksop is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team, helping run the restaurant as if you own it. You’ll lead shifts, drive standards and build a team proud of what they do, with high energy and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

You’ll balance guest satisfaction with commercial results, coaching your crew and fostering a positive culture. This role is the launchpad for future growth within the brand.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadershipteam. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like youboth own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’sproud of what they do.
