Burger King - The Mall, Cribbs Causeway is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its leadership team. You will step into a hands-on, high-energy role, leading shifts and supporting the Restaurant Manager to drive sales, control costs, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach and develop your team, foster a positive culture and take charge when needed, with a clear path to future Restaurant Manager opportunities. This is a fast-growing business with strong progression potential.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You’ll be right in the action, leading shifts, supporting your crew and making sure every guest leaves happy.
