Burger King UK is hiring an Assistant Manager in Wakefield. You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales, control costs and deliver high-quality guest experiences in a busy environment.

This hands-on role requires energy and leadership to manage shifts, coach staff, and maintain standards while building a positive team culture for growth and success.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you're a key part of the leadership team. You'll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you both own it - driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s proud of what they do.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where no two days are the same. You'll be right in the action, leading shifts, supporting your crew and making sure every guest leaves happy.
